About Kinzie
A small crew that works while your office is dark.
Kinzie is a night cleaning company of about fifteen people on Chicago's north side. We clean small offices, and only after the people who work in them have gone home.
Raquel Barragan started the company after working nights herself and seeing how rarely an office manager knew who was in the building. The company is built around that: a named lead, a text when the door is locked, and written rules for keys and alarms.
The crew
Who answers when you call
Cleaners work in pairs under one of the two night supervisors. Pairs stay with an office, so the people in yours are the people you hear about.
Kamilah Holt
Night supervisor, Loop and River North
Leads the downtown crews and answers the night line before midnight.
Marcos Esquibel
Night supervisor, northwest side and suburbs
Leads the crews from Logan Square to Park Ridge. English and Spanish.
Jaroslaw Pawlak
Scheduler and account manager
Sets each office's nights, keeps the key and code log and answers the office line by day. English and Polish.
