Nightly service
Floors and carpet
Every night: vacuum, then mop. Every so often: the deeper work, booked on a night that suits the office.
Most office floors are carpet, vinyl or tile, often all three. We note each at the walkthrough, because the floor decides the equipment and the time.
Every night
Carpet vacuumed in lanes toward the exit
Hard floors dust-mopped, then wet-mopped last
Entry mats shaken out
A wet-floor sign at every wet door

Nightly care and periodic work
Periodic work is quoted on its own, so a quiet month costs less than a month with a carpet job in it.

Before a periodic job
Pick a night with no meetings
Carpet needs hours to dry; we book the job before a weekend when we can.
Clear the floor
Cords, boxes and chair mats off the floor, or tell us what we may move.
Tell us about spills
A coffee stain from last week is easier than one from last year; the lead notes both.
Questions about this service
How often should carpet be extracted?
It depends on foot traffic and weather. A Chicago winter shortens it. The supervisor suggests a schedule at the walkthrough.
Do you handle winter salt?
Mats and entry floors, yes, each night in season. Heavy buildup is a periodic job.
Can the floor be closed off while it dries?
We put up signs and tell your contact which areas stay clear until morning.
