This explains what Kinzie Night Cleaning collects when you use this site, request a quote or send a message, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email and the name and address of your office.
• The size of the office, the nights you want and any notes you write.
• Basic technical data, such as your browser and the pages you visit.

Please don't put an alarm code, a key location or client information in a form or a message. We have no use for it and we will delete it.

How we use it

• To reply, set up a walkthrough and send a written quote.
• To run the account if you hire us: schedules, reports and invoices.
• To keep our records and answer questions about a night.

Who sees it

Our office team and the crew lead on your account see your details. We use service providers for email, scheduling and invoicing, and they handle your data only for us. We do not sell personal information. We share it if the law requires.

Keys and alarm codes

Access details you give us by phone are kept apart from this site, are visible only to the people on your account and are deleted when the contract ends.

Texts

If you agree on the form, we text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end the texts.
