Terms and inspections
If something is missed, broken or missing, and how to end it
Your written quote carries the exact terms. These are the ones we start from, and you can ask to change them.
If something is missed
Tell Jaroslaw or your supervisor by noon the next day
We re-clean it the next night at no charge, or sooner if a crew is free
Three misses in a month get a supervisor's visit at no charge
If something is broken
The lead photographs it and texts your contact before the shift ends
Our liability insurance is for damage we cause; the certificate lists the limits
We never repair or replace something ourselves without asking
If something is missing
Tell Raquel first, not the crew; she checks the access log and the night report
We talk to the lead on the shift and tell you what we find, in writing
If you decide to call the police, we cooperate and share the night report
Inspections
A supervisor walks the office with your contact once a month, or on the schedule in the quote
The walk-through uses the scope sheet as its checklist
Anything flagged goes on the next night's list
Ending the service
We start from thirty days' notice by email or text, from either side; the quote states yours
Keys come back and codes are retired the same week
Your last invoice lists the last night worked
If we can't get in
The lead calls your contact, waits fifteen minutes and leaves
A lockout on our side, like a lost key, is not billed
A lockout on yours is on the quote, with its cost

Questions about the terms?
Ask at the walkthrough. We would rather settle these before the first night than after.
