Questions

Questions offices ask before they hire a night crew

How is the price decided?

By square footage, nights a week, floor types, restrooms and access. A supervisor sees the office first, and the written quote lists each night. The pricing page has the full list.

What happens at the walkthrough?

A supervisor walks the office with you, counts rooms, notes floors and asks what is off limits. You get the quote within one business day.

Do I have to be there at night?

No. We need a code or a key, held under the rules on the keys and alarms page, and a named contact who gets the close-out text.

Who is in my office, and are they your staff?

A pair named on your account, from our own crew. If a name changes, the lead texts your contact before the shift.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation, and the certificate shows the limits. We send it to your office manager or landlord on request.

What if something is missed, broken or missing?

Tell us by noon the next day. A missed item is re-cleaned at no charge. Damage and losses follow the terms page.

What do you bring, and which products?

Our own cloths, mops and vacuums. The quote names each product. We clean first and disinfect high-touch surfaces with an EPA-registered product, and we use fragrance-free ones on request.

Can I reach someone at night?

Call the office number. Weeknights, from 8 p.m. until the last crew locks up, it rings the shift supervisor.

What if you can't get in, and how do I cancel?

The lead calls your contact, waits fifteen minutes and leaves. The terms page has the lockout and cancellation terms we start from.

Which areas do you cover?

Chicago and the near north and west suburbs. We don't take offices south of I-55, in northwest Indiana or in the Fox Valley.
