Two people, three to five nights a week, working through the same list in the same order.
It suits offices of a few desks up to a few dozen, with a break room and one or two restrooms. Each visit follows the scope sheet we write at the walkthrough.

Before the first night
Clear what you want wiped
A cleared desk gets wiped. A desk with open files gets dusted around.
Tell us what is off limits
A locked room, a lab bench or a shelf of samples goes on the sheet.
Name a contact
One person who gets the close-out text and the flags in the morning.
Questions about this service
How many nights a week do offices book?
Most small offices choose three or five. The quote shows both so you can compare.
Can you work around late staff?
Yes. The lead starts at the far end and comes back to your people last, or skips a room that night and tells you.
What if you can't get in?
The lead calls your contact, waits fifteen minutes and goes home. What a missed night costs is in your quote and on the terms page.
